This is a quick healthy breakfast

All you’ll need is 

  • Halloween cookie cutter

  • Bread

  • Avocado

  • Green chili sauce

  • Egg

  • Rose tea

You can play around with different cutters to make a each day new & fun.

These little touches to your meals are so easy and fun.It will put you right in the Halloween mood and the kids love it too. You can take this cooking project and turn it into a nutritional lesson of the balance meal of Protein, Carbs, and, Fat. AddAdd extra fun by letting them create a spooky story inspired by the Halloween cookie cutter!

Shrimp tacos with tortilla chips 

Add a fun spooky touch to your dinner by using halloween cookie cutters on corn tortillas to make fresh chips and dip.

You can balance the deep fried oil with some healthy choices in your tacos. Here we chose shrimp, avocados, cilantro, and a small portion of cheese. You can also add tomato

Turn this into this

Juicing is such a lovely way to start the day it taste great whilst rejuvenating the body.

All you’ll need is a juicer and these guys 

  • 1 beet peeled & cubed

  • 1 apple sliced 

  • 1/2 lemon sliced

  • US 25 cent piece size of Ginger

  • 1.5 lbs of carrots

​​

it makes two servings so you can share!

 Pumpkin Everything

I found this mix at Trader Joe’s and it is perfect! It is hard to find good pumpkin treats but they nailed It is super delicious paired with maple syrup and a little bit of orange juice.

Pumpkin waffles

I had also found this mix at Trader Joe’s. It calls for eggs and oil, but for a yummy moist cake replace with butter!

               its perfect for a fall dessert!

It also goes well with lemon curd! this is how my grandma Ree use to serve this cake.

Cinnamon rolls

Spice up your Pillsbury cinnamon roll for the fall by adding some pumpkin spices to them. You can unroll them and dust them with the spices or simply shake a bit on the top.  To make the spices, combine: 1 part cinnamon, 1/4 part of nutmeg, 1/4 part of Ginger, & 1/8 part cloves.  You can also find a premix if pumpkin spice if you don’t have all of those on hand.         
    Don’t forget to colour the icing orange!
